Job Description

We seek an AI Engineer Specialist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP),  Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering. The candidate will join our team to analyze proprietary and open-source data, develop LLMs, and create AI solutions for Healthcare applications. Proficiency in Python and English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• NLP & LLM Development: Design, develop, and optimize NLP models and algorithms to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Prompt Engineering: Create and refine prompts to improve model outputs and performance.
• Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analysis to extract insights and inform model development.
• Embedding & Vector Databases: Implement embedding techniques and integrate them with vector databases for efficient data retrieval.
• Chatbot Development: Lead the development of advanced chatbots, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Vector Database Management: Manage and optimize vector databases for storing and retrieving high-dimensional data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in NLP and working with LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience in prompt engineering.
  • Experience in developing chatbots and RAG systems.
  • Proficiency with embedding techniques and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with the Healthcare industry is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and data structures.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
