Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist with expertise in cash flow modeling, to support our banking data initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, performing ad-hoc analyses, identifying patterns, and finding causal relationships within historical datasets. Python skills and proficiency in English are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and model cash flows, with a focus on interpreting financial and banking data.
• Maintain and expand existing models and build new models for new products and/or markets.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and causal relationships in historical datasets.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and maintain dashboards that present actionable insights.
• Work with large datasets to recognize relationships, trends, and factors that influence financial outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
• Ability to perform in-depth ad-hoc analysis, identifying trends and causal relationships within historical data.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
